§ 02 — Method

Four numbers,
every market.

Not a recommendation. The app shows what the model believes, what the market implies, how far apart the two are, and what that gap is worth at the price in front of you — beside the evidence it came from.

Model

The model's probability for this side of the line.

Market

What the posted price implies, as a probability on the same scale.

Gap

How far the two are apart, in probability points. Phrased the only honest way: the model disagrees with the market by 7 points. Small gaps are the normal case.

EV

What that gap is worth per $1 of paper stake at the price you actually see. Pushes count as refunds.

Analysis closes at game start. There are no live-game reads.

Every figure on this card is invented for illustration. Real markets show the model's number, the market's, and your own price.

§ 03 — Instruments

Four instruments
on the bench.

Each one exists to make the model's reasoning inspectable — what it read, what it said, and how that held up afterwards.

IDeep Analysis

Deep Analysis

A written read of the matchup, drafted from verified facts: who is resting, who is hurt, what the recent numbers say and how the model weighs them. Pre-match only; it closes when the game starts.

Deep Analysis is written by AI from verified facts. Check anything you rely on.

IICalibration Record

Calibration Record

When the model said N%, how often it happened. A rolling chart by sport, inside the app, rebuilt from graded outcomes as games finish. The misses are on it too.

The one page a model cannot talk its way out of.

IIIRankings

Rankings

A public board of paper records across the lab, by generated handle. You can opt out in Settings at any time and your row leaves the board.

Paper only. Nothing on the board is money, and nothing on it is a recommendation.

IVPaper Slips

Paper Slips

A paper stake, $1 to $500, on anything the app covers, graded nightly when games finish. Pushes refund. Nothing is ever re-scored. A bankroll chart keeps the running paper record.

Paper balances have no monetary value. PropsLab does not accept wagers.

§ 04 — Bench log

A day on
the bench.

Analysis is pre-match. The live room is for watching. The record is written overnight.

09:30 PTdaily

Three findings publish.

The model's three largest disagreements with the market for the day, with the gap and the evidence beside each. Published every morning and gone at midnight. An alert goes out if you opted in.

Pre-matchopen

Every market, four numbers.

Model, market, gap and EV at your price for every prop and game line on the slate, beside recent form, matchup facts and rest. Deep Analysis on request.

Startfirst pitch · kickoff · first serve

Analysis closes. The room opens.

No live-game reads. The whole slate's scores update in place, with one chat room per game while it runs — generated lab handles, zero spam tolerance.

Finalovernight

Slips graded. Record updated.

Paper slips settle against the final box score, pushes refund, and the calibration record takes another point. Nothing is re-scored, ever.

Alerts

Push when findings go live, and when new games post for a sport. Opt in per sport, inside the app.

Live scores

The entire slate updating in place, every sport we cover, no refresh.

Scouting

Off unless you turn it on in Settings. Nothing is shared by default.

Access

A Pro subscription opens the app.

§ 05 — Calibration

We publish
the misses too.

A probability is only worth showing if someone later checks it. PropsLab checks every one of its own, and shows you the result — by sport, over time, misses included.

Calibration record Said vs. happened
Calibration chart, illustration only Probability bins on a square chart. Across: what the model said. Up: how often it happened. A dashed diagonal marks where the two agree. Some invented bins sit on it and some sit visibly off it, with an interval bar through each. 0% 50% 100% 0 50 100 When the model said… …how often it happened ILLUSTRATION · NOT A RESULT
A probability bin, sized by count A bin off the line: a miss Said and happened agree
Illustration, not a result. The record inside the app is rebuilt from graded outcomes as games finish, and it is shown whether or not it flatters the model.

Every number the app shows is a belief with a date on it. Overnight, each belief meets a box score. The chart is what that meeting looks like over a season.

Calibrated against outcomes; not demonstrated to beat closing prices. Analysis, not betting advice.

18+For adults 18 and older. Pro subscription required. Pre-match only.

§ 06 — Community

PropsLab started as a Discord.
The lab is still open.

The community is where the questions get asked, the misses get discussed, and the next thing on the bench gets decided. Come read along.
